Bed and Breakfast

To confirm a booking, a deposit of the first night stay in advance or 25% of the total, whichever is the greater, is payable on booking. For a one night stay full payment is required in advance. Should the deposit not be received within five working days, we will endeavour to contact you before we re-let the room.

Major credit and debit cards accepted. Please note a 2% surcharge is made for credit card payments.There is no charge for debit cards.

Please note in the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Alternatively , should a cancellation be necessary but you wish to re-book at a later date, we will happily hold the deposit to be used against a future booking within a twelve month period.

Guest’s a are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable in case of late cancellation (less than three weeks) to pay up to two thirds of the total cost of the holiday if we are unable to re-let the room(s).

We would recommend that guests look into taking out their own holiday insurance

Self catering

If you wish book Boskenna Cottage please refer to the availability page on the website. This gives an indication of the current booking position, but it is not a guarantee of availability.
Then  you can book on line through our website, submit a booking form or telephone 01736 810705 to make a booking for the week(s) you would like to stay.

A deposit is required on booking 25% of the total amount the remainder is payable four weeks before arrival, if your stay begins less that four weeks from the time of booking the full rent is payable immediately.

In the event of a cancellation less than four weeks before the holiday begins, the whole rent is payable unless we succeed in re-letting, with more than four weeks notice the deposit would be forfeited unless a another week was booked within the twelve month period.

Short breaks are available from November to the end of February 3 night minimum stay at a reduce rate please contact us for details.

As tenants at Boskenna Cottage we ask you to take good care of the property the furniture and belongings within the cottage. Also not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the information about the cottage on the website.

If you have cause for concern whilst you stay us either at the bed and breakfast or self catering cottage, please let us know immediately, every effort will then be made to assist you and sort out the problem quickly and amicably
