Why choose Boskenna
The spectacular Cornish location
Boskenna B&B and cottage are close to Lands End with its spectacular scenery and stunning views reaching out to the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. From the farmhouse, courtyard bedroom suites, cottage or Shepherd’s Hut at Boskenna you can go and discover St Loy’s Cove which is only a short walk, through an enchanting wooded valley; explore the South West Coast Path towards either Lamorna or Porthcurno, or maybe discover the rugged moorland of West Penwith in Cornwall with all its myths and legends.
The world famous Minack Open Air Theatre is close by and is situated in one of the most beautiful settings you could imagine. Perched high on the cliffs it looks out onto the spectacular view of Porthcurno Bay. Why not enjoy a memorable performance under the moon and stars or savour the moment at Lands End right at the very tip of Cornwall when the sun dips into the sea.
The comfortable, relaxed atmosphere
Boskenna farmhouse, courtyard bedroom suites, cottage and Shepherd’s Hut are set in a small hamlet, just above St. Loy’s cove, on the south coast of the Lands End peninsula. We’re open all year round and provide a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to let you discover this haven of peace and tranquillity. Our beautiful part of Cornwall has been described as ‘one of the few untouched places left in the world’ and we’d like to share this special place with you.
It is perfect for your holiday or that special occasion. If you wish to spoil someone special we can arrange flowers, chocolates, champagne for you, or book a table at one of our fine local restaurants.
Is it time for you to experience the real beauty of Cornwall and enjoy everything this amazing region has to offer?
There can be no finer ambience combined with a genuine warm welcome and level of hospitality than that consistently experienced at Boskenna. The unique location of Boskenna ensures a level of privacy while providing the opportunity for total relaxation with a high standard of accommodation and facilities.
We have visited the South West several times and continue to do so. The key element for any visit to West Cornwall by us is being able to stay at Boskenna simply because accommodation and hospitality doesn't get any better than that experienced at Boskenna.

Wow what a great place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights in October the room was super with our own entrance and there is so much to see in the surrounding area. Julia is a wonderful host who produces some delicious breakfasts. We would definitely like to visit again.
What a wonderful stay we had at Boskenna. It exceeded all our expectations. Julia you are a wonderful cook and the breakfasts were memorable. We loved the room and its watchable panorama with swallows building nests just above our window the swifts swooping above in the sky, the chickens down the garden and the escapee, and the visit to your herd of Rubies and South Devon cattle.
Our stay with you has done me the world of good. We would love to come again. Looking forward to another visit.
